Our office will be closed 25th, 26th and 1st January, and we will be operating a skeleton staff on 24th, 27th, 30th and 31st December.

The EPO will be closed from 24th December to 1st January inclusive. Most deadlines falling on any of those dates will carry forward to 2nd January 2025. The EUIPO will be closed from 23rd December to 2nd January inclusive, with most deadlines being carried forward to 3rd January 2025.

The UKIPO will be open on 27th, 30th and 31st December and from 2nd January. UK deadlines falling on these dates will require action. All of our incoming emails and other communications will be monitored during business hours on these days. Nevertheless, we would be grateful to receive early instructions for anything requiring attention during the holiday period.
