Patent & Trade Mark Attorney

Kapil joined Greaves Brewster in 2021.  He is a Chartered UK Patent Attorney, a European Patent Attorney and a Chartered UK Trade Mark Attorney.  He has a Masters degree in Pharmacy and a PhD in Regenerative Medicine, both from the University of Nottingham.

Kapil entered the IP profession in 2011 and has spent time working in both private practice and industry before joining Greaves Brewster.  Whilst in private practice he worked closely with SMEs developing their global patent strategy in the fields of organic chemistry and pharma.  He also worked in a wide variety of life science-related fields including pharmaceuticals, vaccines, stem cell culture, tissue engineering, advanced drug delivery, biofuels, GM crops and antibody screening technology.

Kapil loves being outside and spends his free time running, hiking, cycling, climbing, camping and snowman-building in the British countryside.
