Matthew is a UK and European Patent Attorney and joined Greaves Brewster in 2022 from another private practice firm. Matthew has a Master’s degree in Physics from Durham University.

Matthew has experience in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications in a range of technologies, with a particular focus on physics and software based inventions. He also has experience with European patent oppositions and appeals, as well as patent restorations and freedom to operate exercises. Matthew has assisted clients ranging from individuals and SMEs to large multinational businesses.
