Thomasin is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney with eight years’ experience in the protection, management and enforcement of trade marks.

She joined Greaves Brewster in 2024, having trained at an IP-specialist firm before moving to the IP department at an international law firm.

Thomasin specialises in the protection and management of trade mark portfolios, including conducting clearance searches for new brands.  She also works with an international network of attorneys to co-ordinate trade mark filing programmes.  Her work also spans contentious matters, including trade mark oppositions, invalidity and revocation actions.

Throughout her career in IP, Thomasin has worked with a broad range of clients across a wide range of commercial sectors.  She has also spent time working in-house on secondment to a Fortune 500 company in the US.

Thomasin has an MA in Modern Languages (University of Cambridge) and speaks French, Spanish and Italian.
