Our pharma group brings a solution driven approach to one of IP’s most contentious sectors. With in-house experience from big-pharma, and specific and relevant technical expertise, we thrive on overcoming the most complicated issues. Our work covers everything from drafting new patent applications, to advising on SPCs and paediatric extensions. We also have considerable experience of advising on freedom to operate in the sector, of carrying out due diligence in support of acquisitions and stock exchange listing and of drafting and negotiating licences.
